Overview
Careers@Harvard is Harvard's recruiting platform for administrative and staff hiring. It enables internal candidates (via the employee portal) and external candidates (via the external candidate site) to explore opportunities and apply for roles, supports hiring teams (via the recruiting portal) in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and provides all users with role-specific tools and learning resources—promoting an efficient, transparent, and people-centered hiring experience.
Eligibility
Faculty, staff, and researchers in Central Administration, FAS, College, DCE, GSAS, SEAS, GSD, GSE, HBS, HKS, HDS, HLS, HMS (Quad), HSDM (Quad), Radcliffe, SPH
Hiring team access to specific jobs (i.e. - for hiring managers, interviewers, etc.) is granted by the recruiter; greater access is granted by local authorized requestors
Data classification level
Approved for up to Level 2 confidential data
