The Project Delivery Forum (PDF) is the project management community of practice – including members engaged in project management, agility, or change management. Our goal is to share knowledge and work together to raise its members and their abilities. The showcase event is a recurring, monthly meetup that highlights actionable content to the community members.

The PDF is open to Harvard staff, faculty, and researchers with an interest in improving project delivery. You can join the PDF remotely using Zoom and in person at locations around campus.
