Patricia Boyle-McKenna

Patricia Boyle-McKenna is Managing Director, Infrastructure Services, at Harvard University Information Technology (HUIT). In this role, Patricia leads the Technology Partner Services (TPS) organization, focusing on the delivery and continuous improvement of the University’s foundational IT infrastructure.  

Patricia joined HUIT in 2019 and has served in multiple positions including overseeing Application Services, Operational Technology, and leading the Network team. She has forged strong connections across Schools and units, led large-scale infrastructure transitions, and improved the reliability of critical technology services. 

Prior to Harvard, Patricia served in the City of Boston’s Department of Innovation & Technology, where she held positions including Interim Chief Information Officer and Chief of Staff. In those roles, she directed major technology operations, expanded public Wi-Fi, and delivered technology improvements that enhanced city services and constituent engagement.

Patricia holds a Master of Public Administration from Suffolk University’s Sawyer Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Saint Anselm College. She lives in Brighton with her partner, Matt, and their three amazing daughters.
