Changes coming to Crimson Print

This summer, HUIT is making two important updates to Crimson Print that will impact on-campus printing.

• Security update for Crimson Print Mobility Print app: If you use your personal or mobile devices to print, you will need to reinstall the Mobility Print printers on devices as of July 18, 2025.
• New payment gateway: With the retirement of Crimson Cash, Crimson Print is transitioning to TouchNet UPay on August 14, 2025, 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
  • During the maintenance period, Crimson Print will be unavailable.
  • After the update is complete, students and guests will be able to pay and manage account balances directly within the Crimson Print portal. 

You will need to take the following actions to ensure uninterrupted printing service: 

• If you print from a personal or mobile device: Update the Mobility Print app by following these instructions.
• If you previously used Crimson Cash to print, beginning August 15, 2025: Add funds to their new Crimson Print account by following these instructions.
