IT Stakeholders' Forum - Winter 2026

Join us for the January 2026 IT Stakeholders Forum, where we will focus on the topic of data minimization and management at the University. Rather than exploring the underlying technology, we will discuss what data should be retained, for how long, and the associated risks and benefits of storing data.

The session will begin with an overview, followed by a panel featuring representatives from several University departments who will share their specialized insight. We will send a link closer to the forum where you can submit questions for the panel. Time permitting, we will also open the floor for additional questions from attendees.
