##  Overview 

Careers@Harvard is Harvard's recruiting platform for administrative and staff hiring. It enables internal candidates (via the [employee portal](https://www.smartrecruiters.com/web-sso/saml/HarvardUniversity/login?redir=https%3A//www.smartrecruiters.com/app/employee-portal)) and external candidates (via the [external candidate site](http://careers.harvard.edu/)) to explore opportunities and apply for roles, supports hiring teams (via the [recruiting portal](http://mycareers.harvard.edu/)) in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and provides all users with role-specific tools and learning resources—promoting an efficient, transparent, and people-centered hiring experience.



 

 ### Eligibility

**Faculty, staff,** and **researchers** in Central Administration, FAS, College, DCE, GSAS, SEAS, GSD, GSE, HBS, HKS, HDS, HLS, HMS (Quad), HSDM (Quad), Radcliffe, SPH

*Hiring team access to specific jobs (i.e. - for hiring managers, interviewers, etc.) is granted by the recruiter; greater access is granted by local authorized requestors*
