##  Overview 

Microsoft 365 Outlook provides email, calendar, and integrated access to the full University directory. Accounts include secure email storage, and messages are filtered for spam and viruses. You can now [send encrypted messages and files](https://harvard.service-now.com/ithelp?id=kb_article&sys_id=cea973b3dbf8e0d0441560fdd39619d8) directly from the Outlook app.



 

 ### Eligibility

**Faculty, staff, researchers,** and **students**\* in Central Administration, FAS, College, DCE, GSAS, SEAS, GSD, GSE, HDS, HKS, HLS, HMS (Quad), HSDM (Quad), Radcliffe, SPH

\*College and DCE students are not eligible for Microsoft 365 email



 

 ### Data classification level

Approved for up to Medium Risk Confidential (L3) data using standard email

Included storage varies by license type:

A3 and A5: 100 GB

A1: 50 GB
