Our organization is structured into technical and administrative teams known as **service areas**. Each group collaborates with other HUIT teams and our partners across the University to deliver technologies, support, and expertise.

### Academic Technology

University-wide technology to support teaching and learning, including enterprise learning platforms, consultation on innovative uses of technology such as AI, pedagogical tools, software development, classroom support, and faculty use of research computing.

### Administration &amp; Finance

Oversees internal HUIT administrative functions as well as delivers University-wide IT engagement, education, events, and training opportunities, including IT Summit, IT Academy, and HUIT web resources and newsletters.

Enterprise administrative systems encompassing finance, HR, research administration and compliance, alumni affairs, student information systems, reporting and analytics, business process redesign, and robotic process automation.
