#  New Zoom web experience

Zoom is updating the look and feel of the Zoom web portal, accessible at harvard.zoom.us. The new web experience offers a cleaner layout, more similar to the desktop and mobile apps. There will be no change in functionality. Starting October 15, Harvard Zoom users can preview the changes by signing into the Zoom web portal and toggling on the **Try new experience** option at the top of the screen.

On November 19, the new experience will be turned on for all Harvard zoom accounts. If you need help or have questions, please contact the [HUIT Service Desk](/get-help "Get Help") or your [local IT support](/schools "Find your School's IT support").
