##  Overview 

The Harvard Sponsored Role Portal is a web-based administrative tool designed to standardize and simplify role management across schools and units. Sponsors and administrators can request new Harvard Sponsored Roles and view and update existing roles through the Portal. Approvers can view and approve role requests.

Successful completion of [Harvard Sponsored Role Policy training](https://trainingportal.harvard.edu/Saba/Web_spf/NA1PRD0068/common/leclassview/dowbt000000000010294) required.

**Faculty** and **staff** in Central Administration, FAS, College, DCE, GSAS, SEAS, GSD, GSE, HBS, HKS, HDS, HLS, HMS (Quad), HSDM (Quad), Radcliffe, SPH
