## **Project Delivery Forum was held on July 30, 2025.**

The PDF community hosted Harvard Risk Management & Audit Services. We learned about Harvard’s Institutional Risk Management approach, and the cycles and tools that support the University's mission. Plus, we focused on how your projects are often in service to mitigating institutional risks. We concluded with a group exercise on how a Pre Mortem may improve your next project!
