##  Overview 

Enterprise Content Management (ECM) helps departments better manage and store final versions of digital documents needed over the medium to long term, before they are scheduled for transfer to Archives or destruction as per [University policy](https://grs.harvard.edu/home). ECM may also be configured for custom workflows and integration with other apps.

**Staff** in Central Administration, FAS, College, DCE, GSAS, SEAS, GSD, GSE, HBS, HKS, HDS, HLS, HMS (Quad), HSDM (Quad), Radcliffe, SPH
