This includes chatbot creation and customization, building and testing applications, access to model training and deployment, coding, predictive analytics, and more. Code and low/no-code offerings are available. These tools are subject to change based on availability. Self-service AI API access for eligible users is available through [Harvard’s API Platform](https://harvard.service-now.com/ithelp?id=kb_article&sys_id=15c44631479eca109f7d957c416d43fa).
